I entered the wrong shipping address.

We will gladly change your address so long as we have not assigned you a tracking number. Reach out to us at breakthecurse.shop@gmail.com , please use the same email used to order from Break The Curse. Please provide your order number, and your updated shipping address. We will contact you once its been updated.

I did not receive an order confirmation via email.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, you may have entered your email incorrectly at checkout. No worries. This does not mean you will not get your order, their may have been a typo while putting in your email. Please check your spam/junk mail before writing to us.

Why is tracking in the pre-shipment stage?

Your tracking number is in the pre-shipment stage because it is either still enroute to our shipping carrier, or has yet to be scanned by our shipping carrier. Please allow 5 business day from when you received your tracking number for it to update.

How do I track my order?

Also, once the process has begun of being packed and sent off for shipping, you will receive tracking information via email. You can track your order number by simply going into your email and searching your Inbox for our shipping details. Make sure to check your spam/junk mail.

I think the shipping courier lost my order/My order was stolen.

Once your order is passed onto the carrier of choice, your package is 100% in their possession. We acknowledge that delays may occur and cause frustration, however it is not in our control. Any issues that regard your order being delayed, lost, or stolen, must be investigated by the shipping company. We are unable to get in contact with them on your behalf to resolve any issues.

I would like to exchange / return my item(s).

All orders are Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable unless the item is flawed. We are unable to switch your size or item, in rare cases, the item is noticeably damaged or flawed we may exchanged the item; please provide your order number, as well as images displaying the flaw to our email at breakthecurse.shop@gmail.com . Make sure you choose your correct size and color before ordering.

I have received the wrong item.

In the rare occasion you received an item you did not order, size or incorrect item, reach out to us at breakthecurse.shop@gmail.com . Provide a brief explanation, your order number, as well images displaying the mistake.

When placing an order through our website, Break The Curse, you are ordering products that are made to order. What does that mean? Our process is simple. We order garments from a 3rd Party which is Rue Porter. They handle the first step of providing garments for us, which is half the battle. This step takes the longest because they take a long time to ship. Later, once we receive the garments we begin the printing process: this can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days depending on the volume. Immediately upon receiving the items back, we being to ship in order from which you placed your order.
